The place was untidy, unhygienic, dirty, lacked facilities, and was overpriced.

The cushion and blanket had not been cleaned.

The only redeeming factor was the location. Cockroaches and ants were everywhere in the room, and it took 45 minutes to order and receive tea. The staff refused to help with luggage and told us to carry it ourselves. They were extremely rude, and we had to send 100 requests just to get a bottle of water.
