The facilities were beautiful, the staff had a strong sense of service, and the care from Mrs. Margaret, Juan Camilo, the waitresses, and the kitchen staff was exceptional—truly special. The calmness of the place… in short, we loved staying there and will definitely return.

The hotel presents itself as a boutique, but that’s misleading—only the price matches that claim. We rented a Jacuzzi room that was broken, in poor condition, covered in mold and algae, and the noise from the neighboring club was unbearable. There’s no restaurant, so you have to leave for lunch or dinner.

Everything was perfect; this tiny hotel has everything you need to reconnect. The family running it is wonderful, kind, attentive—words can’t describe them, they’re amazing. I know I’ll return to Colombia and will definitely stay at the Jordan Hotel Boutique again. Getting around is easy; you can take a taxi, and from Guatapé you can catch a motochiva back.
