Food, room, and location were fine, but the bar was lacking.

I especially want to mention dinner – it was magnificent, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming and responsive; however, there were no Kazakh TV channels, the hotel is in Atyrau, the carpet in the room was very old and worn.
