The location is really convenient, right in the heart of everything.
The person serving coffee was really attentive.
It would be really useful if they had a mini-fridge in the room.
The cleaning was top-notch too.

“pousada legal, deve ser melhor no verão, mas OK”
The location and the staff’s service were okay; the heater was broken and we had to replace it, there was little winter bedding, breakfast was nice but the black coffee was weak and the cakes were stale or hard, otherwise everything was fine.
The staff were friendly, but the maintenance was lacking.
The room was very clean, simple and organized, but the cold in Lages demanded more comfort—there was no hot tap and the shower couldn't keep the heat. The room had almost no outlets, and the bathroom had none at all, making it feel under‑structured.
“Bom lugar”
The breakfast was good and the location is easy to reach, but the room felt very damp.
“Muito boa a estadia, com o exceção do desrespeito de outros hóspedes no que diz respeito a horários”
Everything was fine, yet guests made noise in the leisure area after the allowed maximum time set by the lodge.
