Annova Nha Trang Hotel

I liked everything, so I’m staying at this hotel for the third time and choosing the same room type. I especially want to highlight the care of the regular staff who came to my aid on the night of 2‑3 October when I suffered a severe food poisoning from street food, vomiting, and intense pain. That night the hotel staff not only arranged my transport to the hospital but also completely cleaned the room before my return. I’m very grateful – they literally saved me!

The room offers beautiful sea and city views, and the hotel’s location is slightly away from the busy streets. The housekeeping was lacking and the pool was cold. During peak hour I had to wait a long time for the elevators.

Great location! We stayed on the 36th floor, so the lift took forever to reach the ground level. The carpet in the lift area was dirty with dark stains. At check‑in we were told we had to pay an extra 300 000 VND per night for our 15‑year‑old child, even though the booking showed no extra charge, and we hadn’t paid anything yet. The credit‑card machine failed twice, yet the amount was still reserved on the card twice. After four nights we finally had to pay. I hope the two reserved amounts can be cancelled through Annova.
