Peruzovic Rooms 3

The spot was fantastic – just a 10‑minute walk to Old Town. Frane was super helpful, always in touch, and full of great tips for places to visit, see, and eat. We were a honeymooning couple staying for a month with a lot of luggage, so the apartment being three flights up with no elevator was a hassle, but Frane assisted us and we’re grateful. On the first day we only had one set of the three keys (building front door, floor access, and room), so it was a bit inconvenient if one of us left – the other had to come down to let the first in – but once we mentioned it to Frane he gave us an extra set. The apartment was a touch smaller than we’d hoped, but still comfortable. I might be nitpicking, but we had a great time in Split.

“Bien placé et agréable.”

La localisation est top, en plein centre ville c’est super pour tout faire à pieds ! Pas loin du port pour faire des excursions. L’hôte est extrêmement gentil et accueillant. La chambre est propre et on ne manque de rien. Dans l’ensemble c’était correct rien à signaler

“Magnifique”

The location was great, and the host was attentive and available.

The owner set up the electricity so the refrigerator stays powered when you leave the room, which is a common‑sense detail that many places in Croatia miss, making their fridges useless. The bathroom is really small with no counter space. (Side note: Not a big deal, but there’s nowhere else to put it. You check in down the road at 11. It’s hard to figure out at night. I’ve included a picture of the textured metal door with an 11 next to it. Just ring the buzzer until the door unlocks.)

“Super chambre”

Frane gave a great welcome. The room was very clean, close to many restaurants, 20 minutes on foot to the beach, and 10 minutes to the port. On arrival we were handed a city map with good addresses to try out 🍽️ For 40€ you can get a taxi to pick you up from the airport, and the driver was very friendly.
