The hotel's location was super convenient, and the price was really low compared to other places in the area
The room was absolutely filthy, reeked of cigarettes, and had a bunch of broken fixtures
The hotel's Wi-Fi was a major letdown
Great value for the price

The price was great, but there were a lot of homeless people around.
“Horrible!!!”
The room was infested with roaches, the walls were filthy and it was hard to tell if the stains were blood or makeup, and we couldn't sleep because of the roaches.
The location was good, but there were many vices in the area.
“Buen lugar para descansar”
The location was perfect, yet there were many homeless people nearby.
“Nothing”
Nothing should be compensated, everything from the staff being mean to everything else was awful.
