The room and shared areas were great, breakfast and the restaurant were very good, they offered plenty of gluten‑free options, the staff were super friendly and attentive, and I would definitely come back.

The mountain‑chalet vibe had all the hotel amenities, the staff were very attentive, the sauna, hammam and jacuzzi were nice after a day of skiing, and access to the slopes was quick. The breakfast was very simple for a 4‑star, the room was small but cozy, the staff spoke only English, and only one person spoke French.

Kleinschaligheid vonden wij fijn. Fijne en ontspannen sfeer. Heel gezellig en eigentijds ingericht. Genoten van ons uitzicht op de bergen en het water. Ontbijt was prima. De optie van 3x in de week Englisch Breakfast, met 7 items naar keuze, was verwennerij. Bruin/ volkorenbrood zou een toegevoegde waarde voor ons hebben gehad. Om 16.00 was er heerlijke cake/ taart, stokbrood, jam, boter, vers fruit. De service van 7x24u beschikbare thee, sap, koffie is top. Koelkastje op de kamer handig. Vriendelijke crew. Het 3 gangen diner was geweldig. We hadden heel graag iets meer ruimte gehad tussen de gangen in, dan zouden de gerechten en het genieten daarvan nóg meer tot hun recht komen

The hotel is within walking distance of the gondola entrance to the Tignes ski area, the staff are very friendly, there are vegetarian options at the evening menu, the building is modern, the beds are comfortable, the afternoon tea includes tasty cake and is served as dessert. The location is quiet and the guests are calm. The ski rental is close. The room and corridors are cramped, the seating at meals is tight, which raises noise and makes conversation hard. Almost all staff and guests speak only English, while we were more French‑oriented. The kitchen is more international, the breakfast description does not match; there is a continental buffet with limited choices, and for three days there was a full English breakfast. The sauna is small and there is no quiet area.
