I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's prime location right in the heart of the city, within a short 5-minute stroll from the Adwa Victory Memorial Museum. The hotel's proximity to the city center made it an ideal base for my stay. However, I did notice a few minor issues with the hotel's management and staff, which could be improved upon. Overall, the hotel's excellent location made up for these minor drawbacks.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The building is brand new and the rooms are clean, but the lack of management is evident in the chaos that ensues. Although the bed linens were changed regularly, the staff seemed to be in need of training and didn't know how to handle basic tasks. The hotel's location in a slum area, far from the city center and 12 km from the airport, made it difficult to get around without a taxi, which was often nowhere to be found.
