The breakfast was fantastic, and the area and parking were great! At first, you could charge your phone in the wardrobe, but that feature was removed, and now even the fridge isn't plugged in, which is really bad for a decent hotel. Also, when you book a double room for two people, you would expect at least two armchairs or a sofa, but that wasn't there.

The location in Heiligenhafen was fantastic. The rooms were large, the bathroom and shower were good, the breakfast was superb, and the service was friendly. I can’t think of any negatives at such a great hotel, though it is pricey to stay there.
