I stayed in the old part of Surabaya, just a walk from Chinatown, and the room was clean while the staff were friendly. Everything else was fine.

The staff were comfortable and available, but the overall situation left something to be desired.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel’s location is great, but the cleanliness is lacking, especially in the bathroom where mold is present. The towels, once white, are now gray. At this price, I think better options can be found in Surabaya.

The lobby and room were comfortable, but the corridors look quite decayed.

The welcome was excellent, the room is spacious, the bathroom is clean, and the breakfast buffet is hearty and very good. It’s quiet and offers good value, and it’s close to the central square.
