Hospedaje Casa Académica

The owner was genuinely friendly and went out of his way to help whenever I needed something. It made the whole stay feel a lot more comfortable, and I appreciated the quick responses. All in all, a pleasant experience thanks to his attitude.

“It was quite useful and the manager helped as much as possible to make my stay comfortable”

The place offers a solid amount of space and the facilities are in good shape, which is great for a student‑run house. There’s a bit of background chatter from other residents, but it never got to the point of being a nuisance. I’d say it’s a decent spot if you don’t mind a little buzz.

The room was spotless and the whole area felt safe, with staff that were warm and welcoming. It’s tucked away in a quiet part of town, yet only a short walk to a mini‑market and a few soda shops. I liked the calm vibe and the convenience of nearby stores.
