“Worst experience ever in 42 years of traveling globally”
We were supposed to check in, but the manager told us our booking had been cancelled. It wasn't until we showed him the booking reference and proof of payment that we found out what was going on - someone else had cancelled their booking, and in the chaos, ours got mixed up. We ended up having to stay in a crummy street-side dhaba for two nights with two other female guests because all the decent places in Sonapur were booked up.
