The place sits in a great spot, the rooms are roomy, the staff are helpful, and it’s spotless. The kitchen and dining area are small, but that’s just how things are in Japan.
All the replies to our questions were very quick, giving us a sense of safety. The check‑in process was explained in detail, and there’s a luggage elevator, which is a huge convenience for those with large bags. Every floor has a toilet that’s always available, so no waiting—highly recommended.

The whole‑building service and the dedicated luggage elevator are great. Every floor has its own bathroom, the washroom is separate, and there’s a washer and dryer—perfect for rainy or snowy days. You don’t have to worry about disturbing others or lifting heavy bags, and nobody has to scramble for a toilet. I’m really satisfied, but it would be perfect if one of the floors had a TV 📺.
“Best stay in Tokyo”
The entire house feels spacious, and having three bathrooms is a huge advantage for our group of five, so we never had to fight over who could shower first after a long day of sightseeing or get ready in the morning. It’s very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The small kitchen, laundry, and the luggage elevator make it easy to bring our bags upstairs. The location is fantastic—Tokyo Skytree, Sensō-ji temple, Sumida River, and plenty of dining spots are all within walking distance, and we even got to visit the temple early in the morning before the crowds. The host Sai is friendly and responds quickly to any questions. Our stay was perfect thanks to Sai!
Everything you could need is there—washer and dryer, detergent, kitchen supplies, and so on. The bed is comfortable, and the building has three bathrooms, so a group can avoid fighting over the shower. The first floor even has a wooden bathtub for soaking. The bathroom space in the room is small, but it’s in a residential area, not far from the subway station, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Every day, whether going out or coming back, you can see the Skytree in different colors. 👍🏻
