“The only open room left in town”

The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean, but the carpet and bathroom looked very dated. The price felt high for the quality we got.

“Comfortable and quiet good parking overall good”

The staff were great, especially the older lady who made our stay feel personal. It was a bank holiday, so they should have been better prepared. The mixed grill ran out, but other options were okay. No beer was available in the pub on the holiday, and the staff seemed a bit young.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the restaurant furnishings were tired and needed a facelift. We weren’t told beforehand that the accommodation was in a separate building.

The location was convenient for us and parking was good. The bar area was very nice. The room needed an update: broken curtains and a net, a functional but not great bathroom, and the room didn’t look very clean. The hairdryer was grimy.
