The breakfast buffet was included, the room felt clean, and they provided lotion, milk, and facial cleanser, all for a reasonable price. I didn’t notice any drawbacks.

The hotel felt clean, the amenities were complete, and the front desk staff were helpful; I’d stay again when I have business in Kagoshima 😊. It would be even better if it were cheaper 😅.
