The location, staff, and rooms were all excellent, and I liked everything.

The hotel was beautiful, the valet friendly, and it was pet‑friendly, which was great for us since we travel with our dog often; the rooms were nice and I love the Nepresso coffee in the room.

The breakfast hit the mark, and the front desk crew were super friendly, while the valets nailed it. The pull‑out couch in our suite had a mattress that was just okay; I know it’s a couch, but since it turns into a bed, people like me will use it, and it felt pretty weak. A better mattress and a comforter to match the linens for that pull‑out bed would help, especially because it got chilly at night and I didn’t want to disturb the kids traveling with us by calling housekeeping for a blanket. Having a comforter with the sheets and the single blanket that came would have been nice.

“I was completely and pleasantly surprised at the customer service the beautiful hotel along with all the history and art”

Everything! The restaurant was delicious. We really loved the Piccollo bar was relaxing, swanky and the band was great. We enjoyed coffee at the coffee bar every morning and it was phenomenal. The pool was clean but murky
