I enjoyed a fantastic holiday there and returned completely refreshed; the surroundings are simply gorgeous, perfect for unwinding, and the whole staff deserves a huge compliment—they were extremely friendly and helpful.

The main positives were the greenery, the location close to the beach, the spa treatments, the playground for kids, and the outdoor pool. It was dirty; aside from the mentioned towels and the litter that was taken away, nothing else was cleaned.

“Relax a pohodlí”

The place and surroundings are gorgeous, with a private entrance through a wooden staircase into a beautiful beach. The bar and beach loungers are great. The heated pools are all open except one that was closed. Beach volleyball, a shuttle service, and SPA are available. It’s a quiet spot with a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. Occasionally, details could be perfected: a loose outlet, a broken hook in the SPA, and half of the lights for the beach at night didn’t work. Despite these small issues, it was a relaxing stay.

Breakfasts were really good, especially the omelette I recommend. The pools are a plus. The magical walk down to the charming beach is definitely a plus. The secluded spot is perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to try the spa offer. The kids’ area with all its attractions is a big plus. On the downside, the apartment’s cleanliness was poor – it looked okay at first glance, but upon closer inspection many spots were not cleaned, and for the price you’d expect top quality.

The breakfasts were low quality and modest. There was no housekeeping service, and after three days I was told I had to request cleaning, even though the flyers at reception and the sticker on the door implied daily cleaning without a request. The staff were clueless and couldn’t arrange individual diets even though I had asked.
