The location was amazing. The room was beautiful. Ending the evening at the rooftop bar was a very nice touch!

Perfect downtown location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. We were disappointed with the rooftop bar’s service: long waits to be attended to and to receive our drinks. I don’t drink alcohol, yet I was charged $8 for a glass of tonic water with a lime wedge. Ridiculous!

The gym was ultra‑modern, roomy, and stocked with Penaltons and every other piece of equipment you could wish for, while the bed and bathroom featured motion‑activated lighting that was simply fantastic. Plus, the spot in Indianapolis—right between two monuments—was an absolute gem.

This stay was outstanding; every detail seemed carefully planned, and the staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making me feel welcomed all the way through. Breakfast wasn’t included, but I still enjoyed a delicious BLT in the dining room.

We loved the hotel and the staff were wonderful, but the hydration station wasn’t working and the ice was unusable.
