The location is very central and the lobby is tastefully decorated, and the room itself was nice. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unwilling to help guests: the first receptionist spoke poorly German and appeared bored, while the second employee was annoyed by my complicated check‑in issue and my request for assistance, even handing me a spare key on the counter; I never felt welcomed as a guest.

A friendly and helpful reception greeted me, and the room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed—definitely a place I’d return to. Parking in the city center is limited, only available in parking garages, but you can park in the courtyard for €15 a night.

Breakfast was good with plenty of options. It would have been nice to have an electric charging station for my e‑car at the parking spot.

The staff, location, fast elevators, small fridge, large safe (also for laptops), restaurant, and good bakery across the street were all positives. The only downside was the absence of a shower gel holder and shower gel.

Check‑in was straightforward, and the room with the large bathroom was great, plus the central location near the city center. The cocktail bar was closed during its usual opening hours when we were there for reasons that weren’t entirely clear.
