“Great stay, quiet location, excellent staff”

The staff went above and beyond for customers’ requests, providing excellent service; we booked “container style” rooms that were great, though adding a few pieces of furniture like a nightstand or hooks would make them more comfortable.

“A secluded little paradise, just off the main road south. Well worth a stop!🤙🏻”

I used the place as a stopover while biking south; the staff were super friendly and helpful. I stayed in the basic room, which was clean, spacious, had a nice little outside space, and good air conditioning. The evening meal, Thom kha gai, was superb—creamy, sour, aromatic, and the best food I’ve eaten during my month of cycling.

“An experience”

The Rood chalet I ended up in was very nice, but the first two properties had bugs; the staff were great and moved me to a better chalet.
