My son checked out early and I was supposed to get a refund for the remaining days, but no one ever informed me.

The front desk was polite and nice, yet I found bed bugs on the mattress, mysterious stains, homeless people around the motel, a dirty shower, flickering lights, holes in the walls, and roaches crawling on the bed.
