“Excellent staff but sadly the interiors did not give off a luxury polished feel”

Lovely shower and bathroom interior and excellent customer service, but there were a lot of loud banging construction noises and a damaged door leading to the bathroom.

Excellent breakfast, close to the city center, professional and helpful staff, and a special shout‑out to the receptionist who gave us valuable information about Prato. The garage was full, so we parked outside near the hotel.
