The staff were attentive, the hotel is beautiful, and the rooftop breakfast area is great. The room space is very comfortable and it’s close to the tourist bus stop. There’s no air conditioning, though the room isn’t hot. When you check in early, the reception is down several flights of stairs. Walking to the center of Rome means going down and down, and then the return trip feels far.

The spot was perfect for my needs, but the building feels old and in need of renovation; it’s fine for a single night but not ideal for a longer stay.
