“Undoritó!”

I was absolutely shocked – the staff were rude, the room was filthy, and the service was laughable! Everything was terrible!

There was nothing good at all. The staff were surprised by our arrival and there were many things to sort out. The room smelled musty and old, and there were no outlets – a power strip was arranged instead. The ceiling and wall plaster were crumbling. One bed sheet had damp spots and the second sheet had holes. The window wouldn’t open and the upper one wouldn’t close. We were freezing in that room. When we tried to shower we only had cold water, and overall the bathroom was in terrible condition.

“Disappointing Stay Due to Wiring Issues and Billing Issues”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help, but unfortunately, the building's wiring issues made it difficult for them to resolve some of the problems. I also had trouble getting an invoice from the owner, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the hotel's issues with its wiring and lack of transparency with billing left a lot to be desired.

“Chalé abandonado”

The staff told us they would give us a different room because we needed a single bed, but they forgot to set it up; I had to use a beach towel because I couldn't bring up the issue, and the heat was unbearable, the straw pillows and stone mattress were a nightmare. We didn’t like anything, it was horrible, I don’t understand how Booking can list such a place as a partner. It wasn’t the cheapest in the area, and I lost all faith in Booking.

At least there was parking. The whole property smelled damp, the condition was precarious, the owners lacked professional management, the staff were untrained, the breakfast quality was low, and the Booking reservation was not honored, among other issues.
