The owners were friendly and the place was clean, but the beds were extremely hard, like concrete.

I was really impressed with the staff here - they were friendly and welcoming. The location is also great, just a short walk from a bustling main street with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The rooms themselves are a good size, and the shower was nice and clean. My only complaints are that the beds are a bit too firm for my liking, and I did spot a few cockroaches scurrying around.

“Muy cómodo”

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic - they were so friendly and helpful, and even managed to get us a great deal on a Ha Long bay cruise. The hotel itself is really comfortable and clean, and the bed is massive. To be honest, I loved everything about this place.

“Khá ổn”

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the smell of the cleaning solution was overpowering. It was a shame because the room was clean and comfortable, but that strong smell really put a damper on things.

“Worst beds ever, everything else was fine”

I've slept on some hard beds in my time, but these take the biscuit - or rather, they're more like sleeping on a block of stone. I'm not sure what they're made of, but it's definitely not comfortable.
