The location is excellent, the staff were lovely, the room was a good size, breakfast was nice, and it offers good value for money.

The accommodation is very basic but clean in Listowel, probably the best budget option around, though there could be more plug sockets.

The location is central, heating works well, and the restaurant food is good, yet the bed was very uncomfortable with springs digging into the body; a mattress topper, a mattress protector for hygiene, and properly tucked sheets are needed. I also didn't realize the room was up three flights of stairs. I would not stay again.
