I gave a high rating because the hotel is very old, the rooms are tiny and barely fit a suitcase, the nearby café is very small, and the public transport stop is close—nothing else.

The location was great 👍, but we couldn’t locate our reservation and were handed a different room nearby. We asked for a ground‑floor room (though we weren’t promised one), yet the alternative required us to climb stairs down and almost two floors up. For three days there was no foam soap (see photo), the bathroom door was filthy with hair stuck (photo), and the room smelled horribly of smoke—so we had to keep the windows open all night. The TV was dead (photo); a technician came and told us the satellite motor was broken. The receptionist didn’t speak English, so we had to use a mobile translator. We also asked for an early breakfast by an hour (photo) and it wasn’t available. We left feeling pretty disappointed.

The location and friendly staff were fine, but the room itself was a let‑down. I booked a room on Booking that looked modern with a new, functional bathroom, yet the room I received was different from the description. The staircase to exit the room was dangerous, the bedside fee was weird, the bed was uncomfortable, and the rest of the issues are obvious from the photos.

Big room, nice breakfast. I paid by cash the day that we checked in. The next day when I gave the key back to check out, another receptionist told me that I hadn't paid yet. I was surprised and said back that I had paid but he repeated twice that I had not. So I said "Ok, so please check Camera. I paid by cash right here." Thanks to that, the receptionist finally decided to call another one to ask and let us go
