Everything looks well maintained and the atmosphere is great! I regret not having more time because I literally spent one night and had to leave early.

Bedding was provided, late check‑out was allowed, bathrooms were clean, and the bar/restaurant and communal kitchen lounge really captured a lodge vibe.

“Soul searchers look no further!”

An absolute gem if you want to escape and feel like you’re roughing it but still have all the mod cons; it’s not luxury king suites with private spa baths, just good simple accommodation in a great spot with tasteful interior design. The tavern offers honest food and a good selection of drinks, and the place feels lovely and cosy on a cold night. We played cards in the lounge and there were plenty of other board games. Some of the other guests had poor etiquette in the shared kitchen, leaving dishes piled up and their belongings strewn around when they were elsewhere in the morning—bunch of grubs!

Beautiful place, the decoration is on another level, the staff are super friendly, and the food is good.
