The room was super comfy, very clean, and the lobby service was good; it’s close to Parvathi Bawan and Matthuvani, making it a strategic spot for staying. The shower water pressure was low and the heat was weak, so I hope management looks into that; otherwise everything was fine.

I enjoyed the view from the rooms we booked and the staff were courteous in making sure our needs were met. The bathroom lacked proper hooks to hang clothes, and the one hook we had was placed above the WC; the bathroom door latches and the door itself were old and damaged.

It wasn’t clean like the pictures showed; we could have gotten the same quality for half the price.
