The breakfast was solid, but the room’s access to the kitchen was a nightmare. The pool was out of order, the hot tub and lights didn’t work, and the AC in the bathroom and kitchen was barely functioning. Wi‑Fi was a mess too.

The place itself was great and fully equipped, but the staff communication left a lot to be desired. We sent messages upon arrival and never got a reply until Monday, when they finally told us about a hotline number buried in a PDF. Because of that, we had no Wi‑Fi and didn’t even know which cabin we were in.

“Local muito bem estruturado e confortável”

The staff were super helpful and answered any question fast. The resort had a nice hot pool, a hot tub, sauna, and a big comfy bed. The kitchen had plenty of working utensils and they sent all the breakfast items I requested—great! The setting was beautiful and peaceful. On the downside, some of the cabin windows are mirrored only from the inside, so the bathroom is transparent from the outside and you can see into neighboring houses.

“Bom”

The drive to the cabin is rough—if you’re from the city, you’ll be surprised by the bad road. For the price, you could find better cabins elsewhere. The road was under construction, which limited our freedom, and the sauna and pool were unusable because of a power outage risk. Paying for amenities you can’t use isn’t worth it.
