Our stay was exceptional – the staff were lovely and kind, always anticipating our needs before we even realized them, offering cold water after a kite session and insect repellent at dusk. They assisted with kite gear, launching, and packing, and the place was fully equipped for a kite vacation: a shaded area to leave equipment, an equipment washing station with three different faucets at good pressure, and a comfortable spot to hang gear. The location was right on the spot – no need to leave the pousada. Service was absolutely exceptional, unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Room cleaning, fresh water with cute cactus glasses by the bedside each night, everything was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nets on the windows kept insects out. We arrived as vegan and vegetarian, and the thought Gabi and Javier put into our meals was heartwarming. They run a very high‑level kitchen with quality preparation and the tastiest vegan meals I’ve had in Rio Grande do Norte. The setting was another level – beautifully set tables on the ocean. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing, all homemade and intentional. From the moment we stepped in, we immediately felt welcomed. The hospitality level is unmatched. The energy is perfect, the people are nice, and we can’t wait to return. Even when I try, I can’t find anything I didn’t like.
