The bed was comfortable, but the breakfast room was too small for the number of rooms, and the buffet always lacked items that you had to ask for. If you want orange juice, you have to squeeze it yourself with a plastic citrus press that I haven’t owned for 20 years – unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. However, the night was noisy: cars roared around the roundabout right in front of our room, cigarette smoke from people smoking outside the hotel door drifted into the room, and we were woken at 1 am and fell back asleep at 3 am, a terrible night.

Breakfast was acceptable, but the price for the package was a bit high. There was no fresh fruit, only canned pineapple and orange slices, and we had to squeeze the orange juice ourselves with a not very hygienic press.

The room was typical for this type of hotel, and I liked the covered, reserved parking for motorcycles. Nothing else to mention.

The sheets were clean and the price was fine; there was even a pool, but it was very small. The problem was the cleanliness: the breakfast trays were sticky, and I was overcharged on my credit card for breakfast – I didn’t notice it at the time. Overall, we have stayed at better Ibis hotels before.
