The rooms were tidy and the service was satisfactory, but the main door handle wasn’t fully functional and there were no shower shelves to hold toiletries.

The lift could use some improvement, though otherwise the stay was fine.

Situated on a wide road away from the city bustle, the staff were cooperative, yet the room was poorly maintained: hot water never arrived, there was no towel stand in the toilet, the toilet door wouldn’t close, and the TV failed to work for more than a day.

I had booked a room, but when I arrived a little early the hotel staff told me, “pay an extra 1000 or cancel.”

The staff behaved well, but the food quality could be better and the room was smaller than the pictures showed; we booked a double deluxe but ended up in a deluxe.
