Everything, especially the shower! I need one at home now! Plenty of parking, very easy to reach, everything looked brand new. Great breakfast and the restaurant had a lot of options in the evening. Staff were very friendly! I would have liked to spend more time there. Nothing at all. Perfect stay!

“Great value comfortable inn on your circuit of the Lake District.”

The room was renovated and well‑appointed; the bathroom floor was heated; it was on the ground level so no stairs to haul suitcases up; the staff were very welcoming and put an ice pack on an injured ankle; the wifi was good; the bed was comfortable. Meals and drinks were great if you want to dine in. I had an ankle injury, so walking to the car park was a little problematic; the nearest sizable town was quite a drive if you want shopping and dining options.

Really clean throughout. Good size room. Good food, staff and drinks. Plenty of free car parking. Nothing it was all good
