The staff were unprofessional and I got double‑charged – steer clear of this place! We stayed from July 19 to July 20. At check‑in we discovered a duplicate booking had been made by mistake for September 19–20. The receptionist assured us they’d cancelled the September reservation and that we wouldn’t be charged. Yet in September money was still taken from my card! When I called back, the hotel wouldn’t resolve it, stuck to generic automated responses, and blamed us for not cancelling ourselves, even though their own staff had promised it was handled. I’m utterly disappointed by their dishonest service and lack of accountability. Avoid if you value your money and trust.
