We didn’t like anything. The beds were dirty and the mattresses seemed like they hadn’t been replaced for years, so I had to spend an extra £60 to wrap them because I have a child with eczema. All around the walls in each bedroom there was dust and mould, and the rooms were stinky. There were no facilities like a swimming pool or craft activities, and there was mouldy food in the fridge that we had to clean. The sofas were full of crumbs, and the pillow covers looked like they hadn’t been washed in two years. The beds were very unsteady and unreasonable for £405.

“Very disappointed for the money I spent, we left a day early.”

I thought the caravan was a decent size, but it was far from clean—fridge filthy, makeup on the pillow, kids’ shoes, toys, and sand in the bedroom clothes cupboard. The outside steps up to the caravan were broken and unsafe, and nothing was fixed to the van. There was no first aid kit.
