The location in Porto is good. The room, aside from the armchair, offered no comfort; the chair was unpleasant, the mattress springs made the pillows hard and shifted when someone moved, and the shower was old.

“It was good for location, price wise but if you value cleanliness do not stay here.”

The location is amazing and very central – you step into the heart of Porto and a lovely pub is just around the corner. The room was so shabby that the sheets and pillows definitely hadn’t been washed and smelled bad. We were told the key would be in the room on arrival, but it was missing and the door was locked. The receptionist seemed confused and handed us a spare key, giving the impression that someone might break into our room. It just wasn’t nice.

“Noisy”

The staff and location were good. The constant noise kept us up all night.

The apartment is basic, no air conditioning, only a fan, and the charger outlet isn’t next to the bed. The building is old and rundown, but it is clean. It’s minimal for a two‑day stay in Porto.
