The staff were outstanding and the hotel was clean; I also appreciated the display of Selkman culture through videos, murals, sculptures, and room names. However, there was no hot water on the morning of my check‑out at 9:00 am, which lowered my score.

The place feels very welcoming and comfortable; I was here about 16 years ago and it still keeps its charm and coziness. It’s very close to the city center.

The service was excellent, the hygiene was good, the rooms were comfortable, and the heating worked well. They took care of our luggage from check‑out until we left, so we could keep walking. They let us eat with a pre‑order at the breakfast spot. Marlene was very friendly!
