I got a solid price/quality ratio, the staff were friendly and parking was convenient.

Very quiet, close to public transport, staff were pleasant and always ready to help, and the place was clean; unfortunately the elevator broke down for a day, which made it hard for people with limited mobility.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the location was perfect for doing a bit of work or holiday research while it rained.
