The apartment was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, a terrace with a sea view, and just a short walk to the center.

The location was nice and the place felt like a comfortable apartment, but cleanliness was an issue: the toilet wasn’t in good condition, the shower and kitchen had many dirty pots that looked never washed, and the sheets in one room were stained and smelled oddly.

“Δεν αξίζει”

The location was great, but the kitchenette was broken, the trash cans were smashed, and the bathroom equipment was rusty and smelled like it needed immediate replacement. There were also strong chlorine fumes in a space that wasn’t clean. The price doesn’t match the quality at all, so I would politely advise travelers to avoid it.

“Appartamento grande”

The spot is excellent, with sea, old town, village center, and a supermarket just steps away. The apartment is large, the kitchen is well equipped, and every room has air conditioning. Cleaning was good, and there’s a washing machine! The shower isn’t the best but it works, and the air conditioner vents directly onto the terrace, flooding it, though these small details don’t ruin the apartment’s quality.

It’s very well situated—you can walk to the bakery, grab coffee, and visit Monemvasia. There’s plenty of space and a nice terrace.
