The location is great, breakfast is good, but I prefer a buffet over a set menu. The staff are very friendly, especially Niki at reception. The beds are comfortable and the room cleaning is good. The room lacks space for suitcases, there aren’t enough hooks in the bathroom, there is a kettle but no tea bags or coffee, and it’s very inconvenient to drink tea together because there is only one chair in the room.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are excellent and pleasant, both at reception, cleaning, and the breakfast restaurant. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Check‑in can be done at any time of day. The location is convenient. Rooms are very clean with plenty of towels. Breakfasts are very good and tasty, and you’re treated warmly there. I recommend staying here. We stayed for 10 or 12 days.

Clean, central, well‑maintained hotel. The restaurant next to the hotel is very good. Breakfast is delicious with many options. Staff are friendly.

“A very disappointing stay with a serious security issue and room conditions far below expectations.”

Good breakfast, a good restaurant, and a very friendly waitress. The hotel is also conveniently located near a supermarket. The biggest issue was a serious security failure at check-in. The receptionist gave us a key card to the room, but when we entered, another guest was already staying there and sleeping inside. This was extremely shocking and uncomfortable for everyone involved. We were then moved to another room, but the room was in poor condition: very small, in need of renovation, with a non-working minibar fridge, cobwebs, signs of water damage, loose fixtures, and difficult-to-use air conditioning. Despite the booking being for two people, only one towel and one set of toiletries were provided. After being given access to another guest’s occupied room, we no longer felt that our belongings were secure. Hotel staff were also frequently talking and smoking directly outside our window. There are many stairs, no help with luggage, and the correct hotel entrance is not clearly marked
