The staff are very responsive and friendly, they get to the heart of the situation instead of just pretending to solve it. The voice‑assistant robot Xiao Du only speaks and understands Chinese, which is a problem but not fatal.
“Very good”
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend
Service, cleanliness, staff. The location is a downside.
