The place is central. There’s a nightclub in the building that’s extremely loud, the bed and pillows were not that comfy, the bathroom was tiny and dated, and the chair in the room had very suspicious stains. Apologizing and offering ear plugs at check‑in is not enough.

It was a bit noisy in the nightclub district on Saturday night, but the location is great—within walking distance to Crown Bourke St mall shops, breakfast, etc.

The parking was easy, the location was central, the room was comfortable, and the price was good.

We were happy to be upgraded to a suite and it was clean, but on arrival we were warned about the nightclub area and given earplugs—expecting just a bit of street noise, but a rooftop club was playing all night and it was so loud we felt like we were in the club, preventing any sleep; we were on the 6th floor on Saturday.

The hotel was close to the conference venue and suitable for a quick, affordable stay. However, the room had no ceiling lights and was very dim. A connecting door to another hotel room was not locked from the other side, and a stranger entered my room at midnight while I was in bed. I reported the privacy and security breach the next morning, the desk staff took it seriously and investigated, but no compensation was offered.
