The service was very good, the place is pretty and comfortable.

Everything was very good, tidy, clean, and the service was excellent.
The internet was fine and the place was quiet. The room we stayed in was above the entrance gate, had no central support column, so it wobbled as you walked; even brushing your teeth made you feel the room shake, something I had never seen before. The bathroom taps were hard to adjust; they either heated too much and risked burns or cooled too much, making it difficult to set a comfortable temperature. The room lighting was poor.
The location was good, but the shower never produced hot water.
