Super Townhouse Hi Tech City Hyderabad

The location and surrounding ambience were great, with a peaceful, clean, and pleasant environment that made the stay comfortable and relaxing, enhancing the overall experience. However, the door handle was broken, and the lift was out of service during my stay, which made getting to the rooms with luggage a hassle; fixing those maintenance problems would really improve the guest experience.

The staff were excellent, and there was nothing negative to mention.

“Choose wisely, don’t fall for photos”

The toilet was broken, the bathroom door had no lock, the room wasn’t clean, the bed sheets were unwashed, and there were no towels at all—apparently nobody cared. Hot water was missing, the staff were unfriendly, and I had to wait more than half an hour while they claimed an audit was happening at 1 am; overall, it was the worst experience. The location was very good, but maintenance was the worst. Clean bed sheets, towels, and basic amenities like a working toilet, hot water, and overall cleanliness were lacking; I had traveled 14 hours and still felt the worst experience.

“Idéal et confortable”

The welcome was warm and respectful, and the environment was ideal, but there was a power outage.

There was no positive aspect, and the facilities were not good.
