The staff were incredible—friendly, gracious, and accommodating throughout, and the furnishings and rooms were spectacular; the location is close to coffee shops and a market, about a 12‑15 minute walk to Centro Histórico, and it’s easy to catch an Uber or taxi at night.

We liked everything: the building, the decorated rooms, the staff’s care, and all the little details; they were attentive to any need and very kind. The dinner was fantastic, with a chef who prepared a magnificent menu. I just wish I could have stayed longer.
