I stumbled upon a quiet spot with great taste, clean rooms, and a lovely garden, all while staying close to the Seravalle Outlet and the highway, making it a convenient base for a Genoa trip.

The place is beautifully maintained with spacious, well‑furnished rooms that even feature premium furniture and a huge bathroom, all spotlessly clean; the breakfast is fantastic with fresh, homemade products, and the owners are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help—truly commendable!

The breakfast was outstanding, offering fresh homemade items and locally sourced goods, never industrial; the location is ideal for reaching the town center, and the house and exterior details are meticulously cared for, though adding nearby cellar visits would complete the experience with the region’s impressive wine heritage.

This property is stunning, clean, and comfortable, with hosts Simona and Roberto who are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is also excellent—highly recommended!
