“Nice hotel but definitely needed someone managing and overviewing the details”
The staff were generally friendly and quick to address issues, breakfast was acceptable, and the bar and Thai restaurant were nice, but we needed more customer care and attention to detail: we were given one hand towel instead of two for our two occupants, the toilet made a constant flushing noise that should have been fixed during a room check, the base sheet on the bed wasn’t fitted properly and crumpled, the curtains didn’t close fully on one side letting in light, a cobweb was on a statue in the Thai restaurant, and glasses were left in the room from the previous night after cleaning; housekeeping seemed to be the main problem.
