They accepted my payment online but never appeared to check me in. When I asked for a refund because I couldn’t use the facilities, they ignored me. I ended up with the experience of being a Rhode Island hobo because I couldn’t get a key.

I only needed a place to sleep for one night, nothing fancy. The price was the best I could find online. The room was close to the train line, so it was loud for a few minutes, but they warned me about this and suggested finding another place if it bothered me. That upfront honesty was a plus. I knew what I was getting. The only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to use the TV.

Nothing positive. We lost our reservations, and the manager told us to “get the fuck out.” We were treated poorly overall.

Checking out was a hassle. There was no office staff, the check‑in was horrible, I paid for one type of room and received a different one, and the shower was moldy.
